Let's face it - a wall oven is not a budget-friendly appliance. You'd be lucky to find any options below $500, and any good options below $1000. Ironically, ranges, which also feature a cooktop, are much cheaper than wall ovens (on average) and give you the added feature of, well, a cooktop.
What's the deal with that?
Unfortunately, we don't have an answer for you. Instead, we tried awfully hard to find some good wall ovens for cheap. And when we say cheap, we mean under $900. The results are in, folks, and they aren't promising: with the exception of one model (the Maytag 24" Single Electric Wall Oven), all the inexpensive units came up short: they usually receive low customer satisfaction ratings, users consider them unattractive and their performance is less than stellar. If you can bear to spend more, even just a little more (about $100-$200), you'll score big time. But if you can't, or just plain won't, feel free to check out the products listed below - the highest ranked ovens for under $900.
